Moms are usually most comfortable in their own space. I'm happy to come to your home if you live in Cranbrook or Kimberley or arrange an alternate place to meet if you live out of town.

Breastfeeding Mamas! (East Kootenays) is an online and in-person peer support network for moms who choose to breastfeed their babies. We currently have meetings in Cranbrook and Kimberley. Our online network network is available 24/7/365 on Facebook.

Babywearing
Babywearing and breastfeeding go hand-in-hand. I am available to help you with babywearing questions and show you how to safely wear your baby in a variety of ergonomic carriers that are safe for baby and comfortable
for you.
Birth Support
Congratulations! I would love to chat with you about what resources and support you need to write the beautiful story of your birth. I provide basic prenatal education and support around feeling empowered during your pregnancy and birth!
Postpartum Support
As a postpartum doula I come into your home and help you adjust to being a new family. That looks different for everyone but might include light housework, meal preparation, helping with older children, breastfeeding support, babywearing info etc. Whatever you need, I'm
